NCH Chem-Aqua continues to monitor the COVID-19 / Coronavirus situation in the US and worldwide closely. We understand the concerns about public health and supply chain disruptions. We would like to update you on the steps we are taking to address these concerns and provide you with the water treatment products and services you require for your systems.  

NCH Chem-Aqua has implemented a COVID-19 Response Plan in accordance with guidance from public health and medical officials. This plan is designed to protect our associates, visitors, customers and community, and ensure continued business operations. We have also implemented a Corporate Communicable Disease Policy to establish our procedures for handling associates with a communicable disease and to provide a safe work environment for all associates. These documents are under continuous review and will be modified as new information becomes available.  

Regarding potential supply chain disruptions, NCH Chem-Aqua is in a good position for product availability through the summer. The majority of our strategically important raw materials are sourced domestically. Additionally, due to trade disagreements between China and the United States, we significantly increased our inventories of raw materials purchased from China in 2019.  We also benefit from having multiple approved raw material suppliers with alternate approved formulas if there are spot shortages. We also have inventories of products in manufacturing facilities in New Jersey, Indiana, Texas, and Ontario, and can ship from any of those locations if needed. Our extensive local service coverage reduces the potential for service disruptions.

At the end of the day, we will do our best to meet the needs of our customers. We do not anticipate significant issues with providing you with water treatment products and services for your systems.
